Special Terms & Conditions 2010/11
These Special Terms & Conditions should be read carefully. They prescribe the basis on which any NCL (Bahamas) Ltd. booking may be accepted and constitute the Contract of Carriage.
These Special Terms & Conditions apply for all sailing dates between April 2010 and April 2011.

| 59 - 30 days before departure date: 30 % of the travel fare for 1st to 8th person, children and infants |
| 29 - 22 days before departure date: 40 % of the travel fare for 1st to 8th person, children and infants |
| 21 - 15 days before departure date: 60 % of the travel fare for 1st to 8th person, children and infants |
| 14 - 8 days before departure date: 75 % of the travel fare for 1st to 8th person, children and infants |
| 7 days and less before departure: 90 % of the travel fare for 1st to 8th person, children and infants |

| For Garden Villas (category A1) and upper suite cabins (categories A2, A3, A4 and AA) different payment conditions apply. The following deposit being payable per person: |
| A1 20 % of the basic cruise price each for 1st to 8th person, as well as for children and infants |
| A2 - A7, AA 20 % of the basic cruise price each for 1st to 8th person, as well as for children and infants |
| Bookings made later than 90 days prior to sailing: full payment is due. |

| For Garden Villas (category A1) and upper suite cabins (categories A2, A3, A4 and AA) different cancellation fees per person apply: |

Guarantee Cabin Special (GTY) – additional conditions: |
Cabins are on a guarantee basis when you book a Guarantee Cabin Special (this means: you book the cabin category - inside, oceanview or balcony, etc. - and we advise the deck and cabin number with the travel documents). Offers and prices are applicable for double occupancy only. For suites the shown price per category is valid. |
Best Available Special (Best Av.) – additional conditions : |
Best Available means that all staterooms within one meta category (inside, oceanview or balcony) have the same price and your clients get the best available stateroom category within the booked meta category. For suites the shown price per category is valid. |
